Junior Achievement

During 2023 we donated  $17,500 to Junior Achievement.

Connexus Association partners with Junior Achievement offices to provide students from kindergarten through high school with knowledge and skills in many areas including financial literacy. Partnership dollars are awarded annually with priority consideration to support students currently attending schools within the Connexus service area.

Connexus Association has supported the Junior Achievement Office in Northcentral Wisconsin since 2006. During 2015, we began to also provide annual support to Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest (St Paul / Minneapolis area). During 2019 we began to provide support for the Junior Achievement of Wood and Portage Counties.  Our support to Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest is utilized to serve 150 students in the Brooklyn Center area.   For the 2022-2023 school year, Junior Achievement in Northcentral Wisconsin is hoping to provide programming for 8,900 students in Marathon and Lincoln Counties while Junior Achievement of Portage and Wood Counties hopes to serve 2,350 students . For 2023, Connexus Association approved $17,500 in total grants to the 3 Junior Achievement offices.

Junior Achievement district offices which include schools within the Connexus service area are eligible to receive support from Connexus.
