Connexus Association continued the scholarship program giving out 40 - $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors. Five - $1,000 scholarships winners were selected from Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin Rapids. An additional $20,000 was distributed to Northcentral Technical College (NTC) and utilized for Connexus Association's scholarship program with NTC, income-based scholarships, and the student emergency grant program.

In February of 2019 our scholarship program was expanded to include 4 additional high schools. As in previous years, two - $1,000 scholarships were given to students attending the local University of Wisconsin Stevens Point at Wausau; while, five new $1,000 scholarships winners were selected from Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin Rapids. An additional $20,000 was distributed to Northcentral Technical College (NTC) and utilized for Connexus Association's scholarship program with NTC, income-based scholarships, and the student emergency grant program.

Two - $1,000 scholarships were given to students attending the local University of Wisconsin Stevens Point at Wausau. An additional $20,000 was distributed to Northcentral Technical College and utilized for our scholarship program, income-based scholarships, and the student emergency grant program.
2017 Highlights
Connexus Association established a scholarship fund within the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin in fall of 2017. The fund will provide up to 5 high school seniors with a $1,000 scholarship toward their college education. During 2017, Connexus Association continued its existing scholarship program that partnered with 8 local schools, giving out 21 - $1,000 scholarships to high school students and an additional $2,000 in scholarship money to students attending the local technical college or 2-year extension.

During 2016, Connexus Association continued the scholarship program giving out 21 - $1,000 scholarships to high school students and an additional $12,000 in scholarship money to students attending the local technical college or 2-year extension.
2015 Highlights
For the 2014-2015 school year, 21 high school graduates from 6 local schools were each awarded a $1,000 scholarship toward their post-secondary education. A community college in the Connexus service area also received $10,000 towards scholarships for enrolled students. The Association plans to include a 2-year University in its Scholarship Program for 2016.
